These are general instructions for the final exam for COMP 2211 on May 27 at 12:40pm.
It is your responsibility to make sure that you adhere to the following regulations. Failure to do so may lead to your final exam being voided.
11:40 - End of exam | You are expected to have their (1) HKUST student ID and (2) HKID or passport ready at any time during the whole exam. You will be put in a separate breakout room to show your IDs. |

11:40am | Join the assigned Zoom meeting room. We will check your 2 required devices. |
12:40pm | You will be asked to compute "The HKUST Academic Honor Code" before you can read the exam. |
12:45pm | The final question (Part A) and answer book (Part A) will be published. You can read the instructions before the exam starts. |
12:45 - 2:00pm (Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes) |
Final Exam (Part A): we will release the passcode at 12:45pm on Zoom. (You are expected to start both parts (i.e. Questions and Answers) at the same time.) |
2:00 - 2:15pm | A 15-minute break. During the 15-minute break, you may move away from the camera, but you should leave your Zoom meeting connected and your camera on. Also, you should leave your 2 devices on and don't use them. |
2:15pm | The final question (Part B) and answer book (Part B) will be published. You can read the instructors before the exam starts. |
2:15 - 3:30pm (Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes) |
Final Exam (Part B): we will release the password at 2:15pm on Zoom. (You are expected to start both parts (i.e. Questions and Answers) at the same time.) |
